UPSmart2000R is a monitoring program for dry-contact UPS, which connect to the PC by DB9 port or USB. UPSmart2000R provides automatically alarm and send the e-mail notification when the battery capacity is low. It also could provide other functions such as automatically keep in files, shut down the system safely.

Software came free with my UPS, and it does the job well. Shame it can't be run as a Windows Service, though, to allow start without login.

I purchased the UPS, but the software do not want to except my serial number that is displayed on the unit. What should I do now?

The serial number is printed on the sticker on the packet the mini CD came in. It is not the serial number of the UPS.
